COBRAS team ride Sat 4/9

The forecast is Sun, 59 degrees, wind 5 South. Meet at Green Mountain Sports bike shop and please park near the East end of the building to avoid the busy traffic on the West side and save the close in parking for the bike shop customers. The route will be GMS to Bear Creek Lake Park, over the South end of the dam, Turkey Creek Rd uphill to the Fort Restaurant area on Hwy 8, Red Rocks Park for another climb, and then the C470 bike path over the shoulder of Green Mountain and on around Green Mountain back to the bike shop. This is just 26 miles but has 2250 feet of elevation in three good climbs. Turkey Creek and Red Rocks can be bypassed by riders who want less climbing. We will discuss this at the start.
