Hi! I am Brian Roehsner, COBRAS President, and I want to thank you for visiting our site! If you are looking for a place to ride with friendly and experienced cyclists, or are interested in racing your bicycle, I invite you to join the COBRAS.

We’ve got a lot going on, and there is plenty here to keep you training, developing skills, and growing!

A little about me. I enjoy racing and competing, a lot. I’m not on the podium very frequently, but I greatly enjoy the thrill of the race! I also enjoy the social aspect of being part of a club. All of us are training, learning, and developing our skills and that is what the COBRAS are all about.

The COBRAS are dedicated to giving back to the community. We make many regular donations and charitable contributions: cleaning highway 74 heading west from Morrison, and making regular donations to the Bicycle Racing Association of Colorado and the Cancer Fitness institute. We are always looking for worthy organizations that act to support our community. Last year we sponsored junior riders, giving them a chance to compete and build camaraderie with their teammates. It was spectacular to see those kids running around, racing, and enjoying the series.

We also organize and present one of the oldest and largest time trial series in Colorado, the Karen Hornbostel Memorial Time Trial. Our members have the unique opportunity to both volunteer and race in the event at no cost! Come join us for the race, and see where that bicycle of yours can take you!
